Brand Restrictions

These restrictions apply to any person(s) who use our official Brand Assets.

✅ You may:

• Recreate, remix, create derivative artworks using our Shiny wordmark or Magpie mascot with attribution. Website URL and/or Twitter attribution is preferred.

• Buy and sell said derivatives providing you give attribution.

❌ You may not:

• Use our Brand Assets (logo, name, etc) or any derivative works in projects/brands that can compete or conflict with Shiny Object Social Club.

• Use our Brand Assets to imply official partnerships that have not been approved by the Core team. This creates brand confusion and will not be tolerated.

• Use our name in any social profiles, promotional or digital materials that imply a relationship or official partnership with Shiny where there is none.
